This provision governs the conditions for the provision of a contribution to the production of funded faculty business cards for employees at FSV UK.
Contribution to the production of business cards
- FSV UK offers a contribution to the production of business cards to the employees and doctoral students of FSV UK. The contribution is intended solely for the production of FSV UK business cards prepared in the online application (available at www.mc-cool.cz, login data available from the Secretary's assistant) in the pre-set graphic layout and after approval by the responsible person (Secretary’s assistant).
- Claims for a contribution to the production of business cards can be filed by employees working under employment contract, employees under DPP (agreement to complete a job) and DPČ (agreement to perform work) and doctoral students.
- Doctoral students can only order the business cards in the aforementioned application upon consultation with the CDS (Centre for doctoral studies) of their institute. The CDS will inform the Secretary's assistant about the ordering of the particular student's business cards in advance, thus also confirming his/her current studies.
- The amount of the faculty contribution to the production of business cards covers 100% of the production costs (with a maximum number of business cards of 100pcs/person/year) except for the employees under DPP or DPČ, where the costs are paid in full by the institute or centre where the employee is employed.
- If the stated number has been exceeded, the employee will pay the other business cards from his/her own resources, or the costs can be covered from the budget of the institutes or centres of FSV UK (from own resources).
- From the budgets of the institutes and integral parts of FSV (from own revenues), the business cards can also be funded for other students.
This provision annuls the Dean’s Provision no. 9/2016.
