The 4EU+ Shared Courses offer at Heidelberg University for the upcoming winter semester 2025/26 is now available on the 4EU+ Student Portal. The registration deadline for all courses is 30 September 2025. -
A call for Charles University Grant Agency proposals
The Charles University Grant Agency (GAUK) has announced a call for 2026. Projects for 1-3 years can be submitted by master's and doctoral students in the standard period of study. The Faculty deadline for proposal submission is 30 October 2025. Webinar for applicants takes place on 6 October 2025, 2 p.m. -
Registration to Tandem Languages course is now open!
Practice a foreign langugage with your peers! Register to the one-semester course Tandem Langugages JLB 115, in which students of two different languages work with each other and help each other achieve a specific language goal. Registrations are now open! -
Autumn round of Mobility Fund applications will be open from 15 September 2025
The International Office announces the autumn round of applications for a grant from the Charles University Mobility Fund. In the autumn round, you can apply for mobilities which should take place approximately from January to June. The application will be open from 15 September 2025 until 15 October 2025, noon. -
Introduction of a candidate for the position of CU Rector
At the meeting of the FSV UK Academic Senate on 16 September 2025 at 5:00 pm in room H212 (or online), Prof. Ladislav Krištoufek, the current Vice-Rector for Research of Charles University, will introduce himself as a candidate for the position of Rector of Charles University. -
Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)
Academics at Charles University now have the opportunity to apply for the coordination of the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), which is one of the new Erasmus+ features. The deadline for submitting proposals is November 30, 2025. Approved BIPs must be implemented and accounted by July 31, 2027.
