UCPH "Global Health Solution 2025 challenge
Join the University of Copenhagen’s annual global health case challenge and work in teams with students from diverse backgrounds to tackle a real-world global health issue. All bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD students at Charles University are welcome to apply – from any discipline or background. The deadline for applications is 21 July 2025. -

Summer schools at FSV UK
There are three summer schools in English by our institutes taking place at FSV UK this year: IMS Summer University (Conflicts, polarization, and international institutions: The world between the old and new order) at IMS, Geopolitical Summer School (Europe in troubled times: the future of the European geopolitics) at IPS and Marketing Summer School with Sandy Kornberg at ICSJ. -
FSV UK Dean announces the 30th Josef Vavroušek Award
The Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University announces the 30th public competition for Josef Vavroušek Award, subtitled Human Values and Civilization Development Problems. Competition will include Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, Rigorosum and Dissertation theses defended in the current and in the previous academic year. The deadline for application is 25 July 2025. -
Elections of a candidate for the post of the Dean 2025
The Academic Senate of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University announced the election of a candidate for the office of Dean. The election will take place at the meeting of the AS FSV UK on 7 October 2025. From 21 August 2025 to 21 September 2025, any member of the academic community of FSV UK may submit a nomination proposal. -
