- By resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic no. 194 announced on 12 March 2020 under no. 69/2020 coll., the state of emergency was declared for the territory of the Czech Republic due to a health threat in connection with proving the occurrence of coronavirus (referred to as SARS CoV-2) for the period until April 30, 2020.
- Due to the fact that the moment of ending the state of emergency cannot be determined in advance by a specific date, the Dean has decided in relation to the Dean’s Measure no. 14/2019 Calendar of the Academic Year of 2019/2020 and its subsequent amendments to temporarily change the forms of submitting student’s works.
- For bachelor’s and master’s theses, which are submitted for defense during the summer and autumn terms of state final examinations of the academic year of 2019/2020 in accordance with the valid Calendar of the Academic Year (Dean’s Measure no. 14/2019), the first two sentences of Article 11 para 3 of the Rules for organization of studies at FSV UK in the wording “The thesis is submitted in electronic format by uploading it into SIS and in two printed copies either ring-bound or hardcover. The electronic version of the thesis must be identical to the printed version.” are replaced by the sentence “The thesis is submitted electronically to SIS UK.”
- This measure comes into effect on 30 April, 2020.
- This measure will expire on 30 September, 2020.
