FSV UK invites you to a public lecture "Georgia's EU and NATO Aspirations and Countering Anti-Western Propaganda", with a speech by H. E. Mariam Rakviashvili, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Czech Republic. The event takes place on Tuesday 5th November 2019 from 6:30 PM at Jinonice Campus.

Václav Štětka from the Institute of Sociological Studies received the award of the president of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (GA CR) for extraordinary results in solving grant projects in the area of basic research supported by GA CR.

Hana Kubátová, M.A., Ph.D. (VITRI a IPS FSV UK) was elected a member of the Executive Committee European Consortium for Political Research – the largest and the most important independent European association for studying of political sciences.

FSV UK launches a new advisory body - its own International Advisory Board. It will participate in the process of development of the Faculty's scientific and educational activities, its main research programmes and projects, as well as the evaluation and funding system of the Faculty and its components. It is composed of international experts nominated by the individual institutes and scientific centres of the Faculty. The first Board meeting took place on 4th October 2019.
