The Academic Senate of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, announces the deadline for submitting applications for student grants for the winter semester of 2023. The deadline for applications is 10th of October at 23:59. The actual presentation will take place on 13th of October at 17:00.

On June 21, the President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel handed over the appointment decrees to new professors. The Faculty of Social Sciences has two new professors: Ota Konrád and Tomáš Weiss. Congratulations!

International staff week at FSV UK developed the topic of well-being at universities
Last week, from 12 to 16 June 2023, the Faculty of Social Sciences hosted the international Erasmus staff week, during which representatives of our foreign partners participated in various lectures and workshops. The key topic was the development of services supporting the mental health and well-being of students and employees at universities.
