Doctoral students can participate in The Europaeum Scholars Programme under the auspices of the EUROPAEUM group. Selected candidates will participate in eight modules over two years, which they will complete together with their doctoral studies at their home university. Deadline for applications: December 3, 2021.

The collection of courses intended for virtual mobility within the Alliance 4EU + for the summer semester 2021/2022 was launched. The deadline by which the UK course collection needs to be closed is 3 December 2021. A new fund POVIM (Support of Virtual Mobility) was created. Both academic and administrative staff can apply for support.

After more than a year we could meet offline at the International Night! It took place at Kampus Hybernská on the 27th October. Students who came to our Faculty from all over the world participated in quizzes, introduced their countries and got to know each other. We hope everybody was having fun.

On 2 November 2021, the winners of the Golden Course awards for the Summer Semester 2020/21 were announced. The awards were presented during the ceremony that took place at the beginning of the meeting of Academic Senate FSV UK.

On the occasion of the national holiday on October 28, 2021, the names of personalities who are to be awarded or bestowed state decorations were published. Among the awarded in memoriam is also a prominent Czech economist, founder and long-time director of the Institute of Economic Studies, Professor Michal Mejstřík. The award ceremony will take place on January 1, 2022.
