The conference Politics and Rhetorics invites proposals of individual papers as well as panels (comprising 3–4 papers) from the perpectives of political theory, political philosophy, history of political thought, rhetoric, discourse analysis, media studies, sociology, communication studies, and related fields. Paper abstracts and panel proposals should be submitted electronically by September 1, 2026.

We would like to inform you about this year's Doctoral Summer School on September 1 and 2, 2026, organized by the National Technical Library (NTK) in cooperation with other partners. The NTK Doctoral Summer School is traditionally focused on developing transferable skills of beginning researchers and connects doctoral students across disciplines and institutions. You can now submit abstracts for Student Research Conference 2026 that takes place on 12 June 2026 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in the Jinonice Campus. The submission deadline is 12 May 2026. The conference is primarily intended for students enrolled in all English-language Bachelor's and Master's programmes at FSV UK. Students from Czech-language programmes are also warmly invited to participate, provided they deliver their presentations or posters in English.
