Important note for visa-seeking students: Please read about the visa process carefully before applying. You are responsible for organizing your legal stay in Czechia and the visa application process can get quite lengthy. The extended deadlines are therefore strongly recommended to students who already possess the legal right to long-term stay in Czechia.

Apply now - deadlines extended
We have extended application deadlines for all of our degree programmes. The early bird application deadline for visa applicants is June 30, 2020 and the regular deadline is August 31, 2020. Find more information below. -
Conditions of public presence at state final exams
Based on the government resolution from April 30, 2020, which allows the presence of a maximum of 15 students in classes, it is possible to take the final state examination in a present form (with public participation possible) in addition to the still preferred distance form. Read the conditions below. -

Czech government approved a new decree for entering and leaving the territory of CR
On April 30, 2020, the Government of the Czech Republic approved a new Decree that defines rules for the Czech citizens and foreigners entering the territory of the Czech Republic. -
Conditions for the presence of students at the faculty with effect from May 11, 2020
Following the current resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic, pandemic measures have been further mitigated. This resolution includes the conditions under which students may be present at higher education institutions. -

FSV UK gained free trial access to three collections by ProQuest - Alexander Street. These are Music and Dance Online, Global Issues Library, and Anthropology Resource Library. Read more details about collections.
