The library in Jinonice is closing

The last option to book books in the Jinonice Library will be on June 9, 2020. The deadline for picking up reserved books is June 12, 2020, by 5:00 p.m. After that, the library will be closed due to the move, and loans will not be possible until further notice. After this date, a new sublibrary will be listed in the catalog instead of the Jinonice Library.

For all new loans, an extended loan period applies, until September 15, 2020.

Documents can be returned earlier, but to the Jinonice Library only until June 12, 2020.

Books from the Faculty of Social Sciences will then be available for return at the FSV UK Library at Hollar building. The books of the Faculty of Humanities will not be possible to return for a period other than by a post office.

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to borrow orders from the Jinonice collection in the Hollar library or in Opletalova during the summer months. The Jinonice Library will be reopened in short operation in the first half of September and should open in normal operating hours in October.
