Group activities

The Well-being Working Group is preparing several activities for the upcoming semester, designed for both students and faculty staff. You can look forward to a series of practically oriented workshops focusing on topics such as effective learning, intercultural communication, and culture shock. The specific topics of individual workshops will be announced in due time through all available faculty communication channels.

In March, we will also host the traditional Mental Well-being Day. At the Jinonice campus, participants can enjoy a rich breakfast organized in cooperation with faculty student organizations, dog-assisted therapy, table football, and other accompanying activities and workshops. At the Hollar building, you can look forward to therapeutic pets.  The aim of this event is to make the day more enjoyable for participants while also raising awareness of the importance of well-being in everyday life.

In May, the employee challenge May in Motion will take place again, and in June, the Working Group will also be involved in organizing the Staff Week, which will be thematically focused on well-being.

To stay informed, please follow the faculty’s information channels or the website of the Well-being working group.
