How to order and pay in university canteens

You can but don’t have to order the meal in advance. If you choose to order, the order must be placed until 4 PM on the previous working day. The menu is usually known 1-2 weeks in advance.

If you order a meal but don’t collect it, you will be charged all the same. The order can be canceled until 4 PM on the previous working day on the phone or via the webpage. Later, the meal can be offered at the meal exchange and if someone buys it, you will get the credit back on your card.

You will pay for the meal using your student ID card. The card must be topped up in advance, which can be done by cash or credit card at the main canteens’ cash desks or at the dormitory receptions and buffets. The minimum amount you can top up the card with is 200 CZK.
