APPLICATION PROCESS
The institute will send a list of nominated employees to the Erasmus+ ICM coordinator at the Department of International Relations of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University. The coordinator of the Department of International Relations of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University will request the necessary documents from the academician (Mobility Agreement, CV, invitation letter from the partner institution and the Information for issuing a grant agreement form). The Mobility Agreement must be signed by the nominated employee. The Mobility Agreement signed in this way will be sent by the coordinator of the Department of International Relations of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University to Dr. Jelizaveta Getta for signature at the Rectorate, Charles University and, after approval by the Rectorate, she will send the Mobility Agreement together with other documents to the Department of International Relations of the partner institution. Once the Mobility Agreement is signed by the partner institution, it sends this document together with the Information for issuing the grant agreement to RUK. After issuing the grant agreement, the employee is invited by RUK to sign it in person at RUK. If he/she cannot appear in person, it is possible to give a power of attorney to another person. The grant agreement must be signed before the employee's departure. The scholarship is sent directly to the employee's bank account before departure from RUK.
