The majority of the central administration offices is to be found in the Hollar building, Smetanovo nábřeží 6, 110 01 Praha 1. The Project Support and Investment Office is located at Voršilská 1, 110 00 Praha 1.

FSV UK is leaving the social network X and transitioning to the Bluesky platform
Based on the decision of the faculty's leadership, FSV UK is joining the step taken by Charles University, which will leave the social network X as of March 31, 2025, and transition to the Bluesky platform. In both Czech and English versions, the faculty profiles on the Bluesky platform are already active. The faculty account on X will cease to be actively managed in the upcoming months. -
Call for applications for a scholarship for an Israel internship
The Herzl Center for Israeli Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, in collaboration with the Prague Center for Jewish Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, is offering two scholarships of 50,000 CZK each for a professional internship in Israel for students interested in gaining academic experience in the country. Acta Politologica Call for Abstracts
Acta Politologica invites authors to submit abstracts for a Special Issue dedicated to the political milieu and political consequences of generative AI. Open science courses
We invite doctoral students and early-career researchers to attend courses in the field of Open Science organized by the Postdoctoral Platform of Charles University. On April 2, 2025, there will be a course on Research Data Management, and on May 14, 2025, a course focusing on Citizen Science will take place. Registration for the courses is required via the CU Educational Portal. -
