Tomáš Havránek received the professorial decree

At the end of last year, the President of the Czech Republic Miloš Zeman appointed eighty new university professors on the proposals of the research and artistic boards of universities, twenty-six of them on the proposal of the Research Board of Charles University. Yesterday, on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, the new professors received the decrees from Petr Gazdík, Minister of Education, Youth and Sport. The ceremony took place in the Carolinum Aula Magna.

The Faculty of Social Sciences has one new professor: Tomáš Havránek from the Institute of Economic Studies received the professorial decree in the field of Economic Theory.
