Third year of the international FSV UK staff week on well-being at universities
In the week from 3 to 7 June 2024, the FSV International Office team organized an international Erasmus+ staff week for representatives of partner universities on the topic of Well-being of students and staff. About two dozen employees from partner universities learned about the support services that Charles University offers to its students and employees, and together they discussed the topic of supporting well-being on university campuses. In addition to the UK POINT in Celetná and Karolinum, the participants also got to see the renovated faculty campus in Jinonice, headed by the newly built library.
"Everything was really perfect. It was organized excellently. I really liked as well that we were able to get to know so many different locations of your university and even this gorgeous library in Jinonice," says Heike von Möller from the Rectorate of the German University in Cologne. "The whole team of the International Office was so friendly and always willing to help with anything. The group was very diverse, but we got along great," she concludes.
International staff week is organized by the International Office of the faculty for the third year. Employees of the department also regularly participate in similar professional trainings at partner universities in Europe and abroad.
