What lessons can you look forward to?

The first lesson will be full of aromas, sounds of Tibetan bowls and gentle stretching. The lesson will be led by experienced lecturer Klára Kotenová. We gain strength and energy, we will stretch and let our minds rest. After practice, you will feel calm, focused, and comfortable in your body. Please register here.

  • 27 August at 10:00 am - Acro Yoga - FULLY BOOKED

Come and try a special acro yoga lesson - a combination of yoga, acrobatics and working out with your own weight. You don't have to worry, everything will be adapted to the level of the participants. The lesson will mainly be about having fun and trying something new. There is no need to apply in pairs. The lesson will be led by an experienced lecturer and FSV UK spokesperson - Kristýna Pružinová and her colleague Gabriela Petráček. Please register here.

Václav Holenda will guide you through a gentle hatha yoga lesson, as he learned it from his teachers in Goa, India. Hatha yoga is known for traditional sun salutations, longer stays in positions and subsequent relaxation. The lesson will be adapted to the experience of the participants. Through physical movement, we all calm our minds for a while, which is more than needed with the new semester approaching. Please register here.

The winter semester is already knocking on the door, so come and stretch together. Yoga for a healthy back is designed to prevent problems related to a painful spine, to support proper posture, strengthen, stretch and relax the muscles of the entire body, support metabolism, improve breathing, relax the mind and, last but not least, improve your mood. The lesson is prepared for you by the experienced lecturer Katka Fišerová. Please register here.
