App "Don't panic!"
The "Don't Panic!" app (CZ Nepanikař) provides free psychological first aid. It includes modules for: depression, anxiety/panic, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, my records, eating disorders and contacts for professional help.
The app is available in 11 languages and can be downloaded via the following links:

App "Záchranka"
The Záchranka app is a mobile application for the Czech Republic that connects users directly with emergency services (155 emergency line) and the Mountain Rescue Service. It provides an emergency button to send your exact location, a locator for nearby points of interest like AEDs and pharmacies, a first aid guide, and public warnings for local emergencies. The app also supports video transmission to provide live visuals to rescuers.
