    We would like to invite you to an inspiring lecture "How to become a real scientist from a struggling PhD student?" organized by the SIAM student association. The lecture takes place on 17 April 2024 at 16:30 in lecture hall K1, Sokolovská 83.

  • May in Motion staff challenge

    The Well-being Working Group and the Sustainability Working Group have prepared the May in Motion challenge for all FSV UK employees. Both individuals and teams of faculty employees can participate in the challenge. You can compete from 1 to 31 May 2024 in up to three categories – walking, running and cycling.

  • Rector's Sports Day on 14 May

    On 14 May 2024, a traditional sport day for the whole Charles University known as a Rector's Sports Day takes place. Organisation of this sport event for this year is under wings of Department of Physical Education at Faculty of Arts CU. In cooperation with colleagues from other departments within Charles University they have prepared for you 28 sport activities in Prague and its surroundings, 20 in Hradec Králové and 10 in Pilsen.

  • Call for applications for the inter-university and inter-faculty agreement study stays

    ​​​​​​​​From 1 to 30 April 2024, students can apply for a study stay within the framework of inter-university or inter-faculty agreements. Studying abroad doesn't mean only Erasmus+. Charles University and also our faculty have concluded a large number of partnership agreements with universities on all continents of the world.

    Are you our international student or recent graduate? Join us for FSV UK Career Day on 10 April 2024 in Jinonice Campus! You can look forward to a CV workshop, a Czech labour law lecture, 2 companies recruiting, career counseling or a photographer who can take a professional photo for your CV. Some parts of the program require registration.
