  • Seminar on cooperative learning and teamwork

    We cordially invite you to our Seminar on cooperative learning and teamwork, which is part of our learning community series of meetings at FSV UK. We will meet on March 19, 2024 in Jinonice Campus, room C612 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. After the seminar, we are organizing an informal get-together Coffee & Syllabus from 11:00 a.m. where we will discuss the curriculum design challenges over a cup of coffee.

  • Call open for 4EU+ Visiting Professorships initiative

    As part of its long-term efforts to strengthen inter-university cooperation and excellence, the 4EU+ Alliance announces the second edition of the 4EU+ Visiting Professorships initiative. Applications are open to all academic staff employed at Charles University and other 4EU+ universities until 20 May 2024. We invite you to the online Info session: 4EU+ Visiting Professorships on Thursday, 18 April at 4 p.m.

  • Invitation to the Teaching and Learning Community at FSV UK

    We invite you to the next session of the Teaching and Learning Community at FSV UK. We will look into (re-)designing courses so that they are more international, inclusive, and activity-based. The session will take place in the Jinonice Campus in room C612 on Tuesday, February 20 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.

    We cordially invite you to an informal brunch of the academic and research staff, lecturers and the secretariat of institutes with the FSV UK Dean Tomáš Karásek on 7 March 2024 in room C131 of the Jinonice Campus. This time you will have the opportunity to find out details about new grant calls and talk about research opportunities at FSV UK with our colleagues from the Research Office.

    Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Call for April - June (included) 2024 is now open. You can submit your application through the online IS věda system from 1 February 2024 to 29 February 2024, 3 p.m. at the latest.

  • Security measures at FSV UK

    In response to the December tragic events at the Faculty of Arts, the FSV UK management pays increased attention to ensuring security in the faculty buildings. Along with the activation of existing security features, we are taking further conceptual steps.
