FSV UK Library offers new e-resource: Dimensions Analytics

Library of Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, offers a Dimensions Analytics, a searching tool intended for complex data analysis suitable for researchers, academics, students or administrative workers. 

It includes information about research in all its stages: publications, grants, patents, datasets, clinical trials, and policy documents. It is possible to share records on social media, save them to the cloud library, or export them in BibTeX and RIS. Records are linked to full texts of documents, where possible.

The tool offers the following features to work with data:

• An enhanced number of filters, including specialized category systems, Open Access, publishers, and funder groups
• Altmetrics and specially designed indicators
• Advanced options for building structured searches
• Visual data analysis and exploration capabilities
• An email alerts feature
• The option to define your own groups of entities
