    We invite you to the first so-called Teaching and Learning Community at FSV UK, aimed at innovative methods - a unique platform for professional development. The first meeting will take place in the Jinonice Campus in room 612 on December 12 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.

  • FSV UK charity Christmas event for homeless people

    FSV UK has once again prepared a faculty charity Christmas event for its employees. This year it will be focused on helping homeless people. We are launching the event on 28 November 2023 on the global day of generosity and good deeds as part of Giving Tuesday. If you have the opportunity and desire to participate in this charity event, you can do so until Monday 18 December 2023.

  • Ota Konrád received the AV ČR award for the extraordinary results in research

    Ota Konrád from FSV UK and Rudolf Kučera from the Masaryk Institute and Archives of Czech Academy of Sciences received the award of Czech Academy of Sciences for the world-unique monograph Paths out of the Apocalypse. Congratulations!

  • Supply Chain Resilience Center: Charles University and Taiwan cooperation

    Charles University launched a joint project with National Chengchi University in Taiwan to establish the Supply Chain Resilience Center. The universities will jointly explore supply chain resilience. The centre is part of a multi-project in which the Taiwanese government is supporting the development of the semiconductor environment in the Czech Republic.

    Charles University and the Brussels Institute for Geopolitics (BIG) are happy to announce the winner of the prestigious 2023 Essay Prize. Following a competitive selection process, the award goes to Matěj Prášil from the Faculty of Social Sciences.
