Forms for State Doctoral Examination
The registration for the State Doctoral Examination takes place exclusively through SIS. The paper application and the paper form Supervisor´s Assessment are no longer submitted. The supervisor confirms the fulfilment of the requirements for taking the State Doctoral Examinaiton electronically through SIS. Once you have fulfilled all the requirements for taking the state doctoral examination, contact your supervisor and ask him to check it and confirm it in SIS in the module of Individual Study Plan of Ph.D. Students.
Forms for the defence of the dissertation
Application for the Defence of the Dissertation
The paper form Supervisor´s Assessment is no longer submitted. The supervisor confirms the fulfilment of the requirements for taking the defence of the dissertation electronically through SIS. Once you have fulfilled all the requirements for taking the defence of the dissertation, contact your supervisor and ask him to check it and confirm it in SIS in the module of Individual Study Plan of Ph.D. Students.
