Petr Janský has received the presigious GA ČR JUNIOR STAR grant

This year, for the first time, the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic announced the prestigious JUNIOR STAR competition to support beginning researchers. Out of a total of 355 project proposals, thirty succeeded, including a project led by Associate Professor Petr Janský from the Institute of Economic Studies "Taxation of Multinational Corporations in a Globalized World (CORPTAX)."

JUNIOR STAR grant projects provide an opportunity to excellent young scientists to implement their own original ideas at an early stage of their careers and, if necessary, to build a new scientific group. Projects may be submitted by applicants who have completed their doctorates up to 8 years ago (this period may be extended to take account of parental responsibilities). Researchers will receive up to 25 million CZK for projects.
