  • 50th anniversary of the death of student Jan Zajíc

    Charles University would like to invite you to the commemorative act of 50th anniversary of the self-immolation and death of student Jan Zajíc which takes place on 25th February in front of the National Museum.

  • FSV sceptre at University Insignia Exhibition

    Charles University invites you to the unique exhibition of its insignia - besides the rector's sceptre you have the opportunity to see other important items and rare treasures related to the university and faculty ceremonies and the funding of CU!

  • Presentation of commemorative medals and Josef Vavroušek Award

    On the occasion of FSV UK Scientific Council meeting, the dean, PhDr. Alice Němcová Tejkalová, PhD. awarded the long-time members of the Faculty and those who contributed to the development of the Faculty. At the same time, Josef Vavroušek Awards were granted to the winning authors.

  • Discussion with Mark Green

    Within the celebration of the centenary of Czech-American diplomatic relations, the Faculty of Social Sciences and the U.S. Embassy organized a meeting with Mark Green, Director of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

  • Psychological Counselling for Charles University students

    Charles University informs about Psychological Counselling Centre for all CU students. The meetings are scheduled for every Friday from 11:00 AM till 12:30 PM.

    The European Summer School Prague is a 10-day intensive learning programme focused on European integration. It takes place in Prague from 14th – 24th July 2018. Application deadline is 31st May 2018.
