The Online Ethics Form is intended for researchers who want or need to receive a formal statement from the Commission for Ethics in Research. The form allows the Commission to gather the relevant information needed to assess ethical issues relevant to a specific research project.

The Form is designed as a series of questions that should make the researcher think about the ethical aspects of the research and draw his/her attention to those that the Commission considers important. Due to the diversity of standards and practices of various social science disciplines cultivated at FSV, neither the form nor its assessment by the Commission is designed to require uniform "correct" answers and solutions applicable to all research projects.
