Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)
Academics at Charles University now have the opportunity to apply for the coordination of the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), which is one of the new Erasmus+ features. The deadline for submitting proposals is November 30, 2025. Approved BIPs must be implemented and accounted by July 31, 2027. -

Dr. Jakub Tesař from the Institute of Political Studies at FSV UK explores how so-called quantum social science can help us better understand human behavior. Jana Sehnálková from FSV UK has become the new executive director of the Fulbright Commission in the Czech Republic
Jana Sehnálková has been teaching at the Department of North American Studies IMS FSV UK since 2011. She continues to focus on the study of Sino-American relations in the context of the Taiwan Strait and teaches courses on American history, American political system, and U.S. domestic politics. She succeeds Hana Ripková, who led the Commission for more than three decades. -
Czech Government Scholarship - Developing Countries for the AY 2026/27
Applicants from developing countries may apply for a Czech Government Scholarship - Developing Countries that fully covers tuition fees of selected Master’s study programs and provides subsidies for health insurance and living expenses in Czechia. For studies beginning in the academic year 2026/2027, the application deadline is September 30, 2025.
