In-person examination update

Given the current epidemiologic situation, it is now possible to organize examinations in an in-person/offline/standard form. The in-person/offline/standard examination is only an option not an obligation and it is possible only in the legitimate and justified cases. The students may fulfil all the requirements (thus also the examination) in the hybrid/online form.

In the case of the in-person/offline/standard examination (also in the cases of oral and state examinations), the following holds:

  • there is no capacity limit;
  • students must keep the distance of at least 1.5 metres;
  • a student does not show symptoms of COVID-19;
  • a student:
    • has undertaken a preventive RT-PCR test or a preventive antigen test to check for the virus or the antigen of the virus SARS-CoV-2 with a negative result (the result must not be older than 72 hours for the antigen tests and not older than 7 days for the PCR tests; the test results must be presented to the examiner by the student);
    • or possesses a vaccination certificate issued by the Czech Ministry of Health showing vaccination against COVID-19. Such certificate will be presented to the examiner by the student. The certificate must correspond to one of the following options:
      • at least 22 days passed since the application of the first dose in case of two-dose vaccine scheme according to SPC but no more than 90 days, if the second dose have not been applied yet;
      • at least 22 days passed since the application of the first dose in case of two-dose vaccine scheme according to SPC but no more than 9 months if the second dose have been applied;
      • at least 14 days passed since the application of the vaccine in case of one-dose vaccine scheme according to SPC but no more than 9 months;
    • or has suffered COVID-19 and possesses the certificate proving it (usually issued by the general practitioner) that will be presented to the examiner by the student and there is less than 180 days between the first positive SARS-CoV-2 test and the examination date.

Detailed information about testing of students (and employees) is available here, registration for testing at Albertov is here, additional information here. Students are recommended to use the public testing centres.

In case of an in-person/offline/standard examination, the students of the given subject will be informed via SIS.
