Call open for 4EU+ Cotutelle at Sorbonne University
A new call for applications for the 4EU+ Cotutelle program in collaboration with Sorbonne University has been announced, allowing doctoral students to have their dissertations under the joint supervision of two universities and thus obtain a double doctorate in cooperation with the partner universities of the 4EU+ Alliance. The deadline for submitting applications at Sorbonne University is February 20, 2026. -
Call for Applications: The Future Leaders of Europe by Europaeum
Call for the Future Leaders of Europe: the Europaeum Scholars’ Programme by Europaeum is open. This is a two-year policy and leadership course for the most talented, energetic and committed doctoral candidates from within the Europaeum network. Entry is via open competition for around 30 places every other year. The application deadline is 23.59 GMT or 00.59 CET on Sunday, 15 March 2026. -

Fulbright Distinguished Scholar Kennan Ferguson at FSV UK
Today, the Dean of FSV UK, Tomáš Karásek, personally welcomed Professor Kennan Ferguson from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States. Prof. Ferguson will be working at FSV UK, specifically at the Institute of Political Studies, for the next five months as part of the Fulbright Distinguished Scholar program. -
Announcement of the results of the Read with FSV UK employee challenge
From November 2025 to January 2026, our faculty held the employee challenge Read with FSV UK. During this time, our employees had the opportunity to read books across ten categories that are thematically related to our faculty and its working groups. A total of 35 employees participated in the Read with FSV UK challenge. Congratulations to everyone who has managed to complete the challenge! -
Call for applications for CENTRAL Workshops 2026/2027
The call for applications for CENTRAL Workshops 2026/2027 is open. CENTRAL-Workshop projects will fund one or two, 2-3 day meetings at one of the involved CENTRAL partner universities (or two, if two meetings will be held) in the period between 1 September 2026 – 31 August 2027. The deadline for applications is 31 March 2026.
