Enrol in a new course on effective communication skills
This semester, you can enrol in a new course on effective communication skills organized by the Language Centre. It will be taught in English and run in two days: 10th March and 24th March from 9:30 am to 1:50 pm at Opletalova. The lecturer is Mgr. Jaroslava Přerovská.

The Academic Senate of FSV UK announces a call for applications for student money for the summer semester 2023. The deadline for applications is 17 February 2023 at 11:59 p.m. The meeting of the student chamber of the Academic Senate of FSV UK concerning student money will take place on Monday 20 February 2023 at 17:00, room H013 (Hollar building).

PhD student Johana Kłusek succeeded in her application for a Sylff Research Grant
Out of a large number of Sylff Research Grant (SRG) applications, three proposals from Charles University students were supported, one of those is a doctoral student Johana Kłusek from IMS FSV UK with the project Traveling of Forsytes across the Iron Curtain: Domesticity as a Common Value of Cold War Societies.

Call for spring round of CU Mobility Fund is open
The application will be open from 1 February 2023 until 20 March 2023. Financial support from the Rector's Mobility Fund may be granted to both the student, the academic staff and the visiting academic staff.
