REQUEST FOR THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION TAKEN REMOTELY
The request for the entrance examination taken remotely has to be submitted at least 5 working days before the exam date through the Student Information System (SIS). You can do this when you log in your application.
Please follow these instructions and don´t forget to fill in, sign and upload this form together with other possible supplements as an attachment to the electronic request.
