Woman, Life, Freedom: New exhibition in the Jinonice Campus + debate
Woman, Life, Freedom: New exhibition in the Jinonice Campus + debate
In Foyer C and the adjacent corridor of the Jinonice Campus, you can see a new exhibition presented by the SIMS student association and the Institute of International Studies FSV UK. The exhibition will be on display until the end of 2025.
The exhibition Woman, Life, Freedom, created in collaboration with the art collective Poster for Iran, uses artwork to map the stories of Iranian women who face the systematic suppression of their emancipatory efforts by the authoritarian regime. The project recalls a socially and internationally important topic that has gradually disappeared from media attention after the escalation of violence associated with the death of Masha Amini in September 2022.
The exhibition debate will take place on 11 November at 5 pm in room B103B of the Jinonice Campus.
The exhibition was supported by AS FSV UK.
