April: Earth celebration month at FSV UK

Did you know that Earth Day falls on 22 April 2026? To mark the occasion, the FSV UK Sustainability working group, in cooperation with the environmental association of FSV UK students roots, has prepared a diverse programme of events throughout April to celebrate our planet.

You can look forward to the following events:

• 1-22 April 2026 – SWAP of clothes, books, and plants in the Jinonice Campus, foyer A
• 9 April 2026 – The Cost of Growth – Movie night in the Hollar building (room H014 from 7 pm)  
• 17 April 2026 – Field trip to composting facility in Prague – 10:00 am, please register here
• 29 May 2026 – Field trip to to waste-to-energy plant in Prague – 10:00 am, please register here
