  • Highly Cited Researchers 2023: Professor Krištoufek is among the most cited scientists in the world

    Clarivate has published its annual Highly Cited Researchers list. Our Professor Ladislav Krištoufek made it to the prestigious ranking as one of only seven scientists from the entire Czech Republic and one of 86 researchers in the field of economics worldwide. Congratulations!

  • Coimbra Group looking for an intern in Brussels

    The association of European universities Coimbra Group is looking for an intern for its office in Brussels. The internship is from January 2024 to the end of June 2024. The job will include administrative support for the team and coordination of activities related to international cooperation. Internship is for students and recent graduates of master programs.

  • Adam Geršl has been appointed new director of the Institute of Economic studies

    We would like to announce that the winner of the selection procedure for the new director of the Institute of Economic Studies FSV UK, which took place on November 6, 2023, is associate professor Adam Geršl.

  • Call for the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for January-March 2024 is open

    Call for the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for January-March 2024 is now open. Applications are to be submitted to November, 30th, 3 p. m. Employees enter the process by submitting an application through the IS Věda application in the PAS (Projects and Competitions) module.

  • Statement of FSV UK on the situation in Israel

    FSV UK monitors the security situation especially with regard to our students and academics, including those who have stayed or are staying in Israel. Considering the extreme nature of the attacks, FSV UK offers maximum support and psychological help to all members of the academic community who are personally affected by the situation.
