Summer University Prague 2019: European Identity between Unity and Diversity

Title: European Identity between Unity and Diversity

Organising institution: Institute of International Studies, FSV UK

The objective of this academic course is to provide students with a broad understanding of the most significant political and social issues in contemporary Europe. This study programme is internationally acknowledged, successful participants will be given 4 or 8 ECTS credits depending on the extent of their work. The course provides an interdisciplinary approach and combines multiple learning methods, such as lectures, workshops, field work and student presentations. However, emphasis is given on discussions and group work. Moreover, there will be numerous free-time activities that will provide participants with a chance to enjoy the wide range of attractions that Prague has to offer.

Dates: 7th to 21st September, 2019

Application deadline: 27th June, 2019

Tuition fee: 990 EUR

This programme fee includes: tuition and on-line reading materials, social and cultural events, accommodation in the dormitory, breakfasts and lunches, advice and help of our team during your stay in Prague.

Spring University Prague 2019: Project Europe at a Crossroads

Title: Project Europe at a Crossroads: Building up open structures or breaking down into local identities?

Organising institution: Institute of International Studies, FSV UK

The objective of this academic course is to provide students with a broad understanding of the most significant political and social issues in contemporary Europe. This study programme is internationally acknowledged, successful participants will be given 3 or 6 ECTS credits depending on the extent of their work. The course provides an interdisciplinary approach and combines multiple learning methods, such as lectures, workshops, round-table discussions, field work, group-work and student presentations. Moreover, there will be numerous free-time activities that will provide participants with a chance to enjoy the wide range of attractions that Prague has to offer.

Dates: 7th to 18th April, 2019

Application deadline: 25th February, 2019

Tuition fee: 860 EUR
